The turbine design is based on the back pressure steam turbine, but with an extraction before the turbine exhaust. It has the advantage that process steam with two different pressures will be provided and the steam flows can be regulated respectively. Therefore it is more flexible and adaptable in supplying process steam for the industrial enterprises. The T-G unit is also suitable for waste energy recovery or for central co-generation power station, where a number of industrial enterprises are located in the same district.
